If you are a quilter or know someone who is…. Rotary needs your help!!

Through Rotaplast, Rotarians sponsor medical missions to perform life changing cleft palate/cleft lip surgery in third world countries. “After the surgery, the children were wrapped in small disposable plastic sheets for recovery.” Now, they are wrapped in quilts. Hence, Wrap-A-Smile!
